Estate grown and bottled
Domenica sits 460m atop the granite ridge south west of Beechworth. The 4 hectare vineyard is planted to Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Shiraz and Gamay which reflect their origin and offer cellar worthy wines with a gripping mineral texture.
Winemaking on site is traditional and driven by taste more than numbers. Pressings, solids and lees all play their part completing the picture. The wines are matured in a range of carefully selected French oak barrels, puncheons and foudres.
